INSTRUCTIONAL COACH - MATH

MINIMUM QUALFICATIONS:

• Hold a current New Mexico Teacher Level III License:

• Preferred experience of eight-years secondary classroom teaching experience;

• Have comprehensive knowledge of Common Core State Standards in English Language Arts and Math including instructional shifts;

• Demonstrate ability to build teacher capacity to improve student learning and classroom management;

• Be familiar with current trends in the teaching and learning;

• Exceptional knowledge of instructional methodologies that lead to improved student academic achievement;

• Preferably, have documented experience in instructional coaching and participation in peer learning groups (Professional Learning Community, etc.)

• Preferably, have experience using technology to enhance classroom instruction.
