They are is responsible for the efficient running of the facility, building the community, bringing our story and value proposition to life, and the retention of our members.</p><p></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul> <li>Ensuring best operational practices within the facility</li> <li>Managing vendor relationships and conducting quarterly vendor cost audits</li> <li>Manage ordering of supplies and track inventory</li> <li>Manage outreach for locational A/R</li> <li>Ensure an excellent experience for all members, prospective members, and guests while in the Space; model and exemplify hospitality excellence at all times</li> <li>Tour and close prospective members</li> <li>On-boarding new members and new member orientation</li> <li>Developing relationships with members and gather information on their needs to identify services, programs, and execute connections that could help them achieve their goals</li> <li>Assist the front desk team with member queries and requests where necessary</li> <li>Develop and maintain local perks and partners in collaboration with the marketing team</li> <li>Attending programming events when possible to interface and build relationships with the community</li> <li>Supporting the team with planning and supervision of professional and personal development events</li> <li>Conduct exit interviews with members that cancel their membership and work to retain members with special offers</li> <li>Craft programming schedules based off our programming curriculum</li> <li>Build partnerships with local experts who will provide their time and talent to help educate our members.</li> <li>Attending the occasional evening event to support the events team</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>You’re Our Ideal Teammate if You:</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent working experience in hospitality or related field acceptable</li> <li>5+ years minimum of progressive experience working in hospitality or related field</li> <li>Strong tactical execution skills and ability to think critically with the highest level of operational excellence</li> <li>Proficient in budgeting, reconciling and analyzing excel spreadsheets</li> <li>Strong organizational and project management skills</li> <li>Highly motivated, resourceful problem solver who can manage a budget and maximize value of event spend</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing team of direct reports</li> <li>Acumen in facilities management</li> <li>Intermediate level of proficiency with technology based systems such as co-work space management software</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills</li> </ul> The Riveter Austin TX
