YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Summary:

As the Mini Bulk Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth of the business within Brenntag Mid-South. Your responsibilities will span various aspects, including but not limited to sales strategies, joint calls, training Account Managers on the mini bulk program, working with operations on delivery aspects, and identifying potential opportunities. Here are the key duties associated with this role:

Job Description:

Sales Strategies:

• Conduct training on the program at the various local branches.

• Make joint calls to help develop new business and support at existing customers.

Support sales with guidance in selecting proper tank sizes, installation setups, and evaluate sites based on Brenntag's safety requirements.

• Assist in finding and identifying potential leads.

• Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline.

• Prepare proposals for potential customers.

• Work with internal stakeholders that would be involved in the process.

• Forecasting business needs to meet potential business with equipment, and operational impact.

Business Relationships:

• Maintain relationship with suppliers.

• Attend trade shows and local utility organization meetings.

YOUR PROFILE

Education and Experience:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or management or commensurate of education and experience.
