Mill Associate

Cabinet manufacturing company is seeking a direct-hire Mill Associate ASAP.

Schedule:

• M-F 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Must be flexible with OT and possible Saturdays.

The Mill Associate is responsible for:

• Moving pallets of production and stacking material from a pallet to a conveyor or table.

• Lifting raw materials, finished products, and packed items manually

• Loading and unloading items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.

• Helping production workers by supplying or holding materials or tools and cleaning work areas and equipment.

• Using machines for drilling purposes on occasion.

• Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

• Consistently delivering the best in customer service.

• Demonstrating respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in each encounter with customers, visitors, and other employees.

Physical Requirements & Skills:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

• Must possess the ability to work in a fast paced-often changing environment.

• Must demonstrate the ability to work well with others and function independently.

• Must have the ability to assess and prioritize tasks properly.

• Must have the ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
