The Military Spares Industrial Manager manages the hardware programs across functions, develops and implements strategic/tactical planning efforts, recommends solutions for hardware delays and is accountable in managing/owning the Aftermarket metrics including On Time Delivery (OTD), Overdue Sales (OD), Inventory readiness and Cold Start Initiative planning success
Provide daily tactical oversight and direction of spares deliveries and planning processes
Manage risks and opportunities to achieve On Time Delivery (OTD) of 95%>
Control Overdue Sales (OD) metrics to less than 1 Million dollars annually
Establish an Industrial footprint within the Cold Start Initiative team
Interrogating Line of Balances (LOB's) for opportunities
Create and use standard work to drive process improvements and standardization within the Cold Start initiatives
Provide program insight to emerging industrial issues that will interfere with normal fleet operation and escalate among aftermarket Program team
Integrate with the Program Office and its functional teams to align on customer requirements and mange delivery risks
Identify potential problems and recommend solutions, such as allocation of resources, changing contractual specifications, and coordinating responses to customer action items.
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience OR
In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required
Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
