Military Intelligence Analyst

The military intelligence analyst in this role works projects related to studies using force-on-force scenarios for threat weapon and sensor systems; Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) systems; and related analysis on all types of foreign threat weapon systems versus various Blue systems. The primary tasks of the military intelligence analyst are to conduct analysis using analytical skills to assess military capabilities of other countries and threat regions and apply that intelligence to study efforts.
In addition to the threat system analyst tasks, the analyst will be involved in threat weapon and sensor system capabilities intelligence assessments; reporting intelligence assessments in reports and briefs; providing assessments to software developers; supporting requirements development; development of military force-on-force study plans in support of Combatant Commands and Program Developers. The candidate will work closely with Government to coordinate requirements, design, and test solutions.
The candidate must be self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to work as part of an integrated product team consisting of both Government and contractor personnel. Ideal candidate would possess experience with the military staffs; force-on-force modeling or operational wargames; planning of military combat operations; conducting systems analysis, possess knowledge of C4 systems, RF- and EO/IR-based weapon and sensor systems, GPS systems, and the signal propagation environments associated with these systems.
Education and Experience:
Must have a BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics and 4 years of related experience. In lieu of BS, at least 8 years of military experience with 6 years in intelligence.
5+ years of experience within the US Armed Forces
Experience working in an Air Operations Center (AOC)
Must be a US Citizen and possess a Top-Secret Security Clearance with the ability to pass Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
Other Qualifications (Strongly Preferred):
Thorough Understanding of U.S. intelligence organizations and databases
Experience in intelligence analysis
Knowledge of Military Ranks and Echelons
Experience in Joint Operations
