The Military Acculturation Advisor (MAA) is responsible for providing full life cycle MAA support in connection with the 82nd Training Wing Royal Saudi Air Force English Language Training Instructor at Sheppard Air Force Base.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision, provide the operational execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities
Provide operational management of the MAA components of the program
Serve as a secondary point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters
Provide day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise
Communicate policies, procedures, and goals for the project
Other duties as assigned

Must be well organized, an effective communicator at multiple levels and able to grasp system concepts and communicate their applications
Must be capable of managing multiple projects with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment
Must be able to speak effectively before groups of internal and/or external customers or employees
Must be able to work different shifts
High level of integrity and accountability
