Mid-Level provider - Dermatology (SA195935) Philadelphia, Pennsylvania The largest dermatology practice in the country with over 150 locations, including Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join this Dermatology practice to offer traditional office and hospital based Dermatologic services.
The practice specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of the skin, hair and nails.
Additional areas of expertise include cutaneous surgery, Botox, Fillers, leg vein treatment (sclerotherapy) and other cosmetic procedures.
Two years of dermatologic experience is required.
The practice is committed to providing comprehensive and unparalleled dermatologic care in a welcoming and engaging environment.

You will help to ensure every depot in your portfolio meets top organizational standards in people leadership, customer service, safety, quality, operational excellence and financial performance. Key Accountabilities: 30% People Leadership: Lead, develop, and coach General Managers to high performance and Restaurant Technologies values 30% P&L Management: Achieve overall operational financial performance of the territory. Manage operating P&L budgets/metrics and forecasting of overall volume of service, delivery and inventory costs/turns. 20% Customer Service & Reliability: Lead strategic and tactical operations deliverables and collaborate with functional partners to ensure operations can meet customer demand. Leverage technology & innovation by developing strategic operational plans and ensuring execution. 20% Safety & Operational Excellence: Set Safety and Operational Excellence expectations for depots. Implement efficiency improvements and promote a learning culture to achieve high performance in distribution, safety and quality. Ensure DSD employees are in compliance with DOT standards.
