We are seeking a Mid-Level Developer to work out of one of the following offices located in Pensacola, FL or Dayton, OH.


  • Assists in the creation of interface design specifications and diagrams for proposed data exchange interfaces

  • Implement new software features, troubleshoot and fix bugs, write and maintain automated unit and system-level tests

  • Work closely with the Lead Developer trying out new features, proposing new features, identifying and troubleshooting bugs, etc

  • Develops interfaces using specified tools and standards

  • Assists in the development of test plans and performs unit testing for all interface projects

  • Maintains interface documentation and specifications with guidance of Lead Developer

  • Provides interface maintenance training to application support teams

  • Takes final responsibility for interface issue diagnosis and resolution reported by support teams

  • Experience developing for a DoD client a plus

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering OR combination of education and related work experience

  • Experience with one or more of the following languages: C# .NET, JavaScript as required and then Esri (ArcObjects, Esri JS Api)

  • Experience with at least one RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

  • Experience with Microsoft Internet Information Systems (IIS), Angular

  • Ability to self-train and problem solve

  • Familiarity with the Agile development proce

Act as an adviser to organizations and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and issues.
