This technical position focuses on integrating marketing automation platforms (MAP) with Microsoft Dynamics & Salesforce Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) as well as with other systems and data repositories.
This includes working across internal stakeholder groups to ensure the systems and processes meet the needs of the marketing and sales organization to plan, execute, and measure campaigns and initiatives. This person will also be tasked with monitoring the integration between marketing automation CRM technology across the organization for day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and overall systems management.
Champion integrations, and coordination of marketing automation and CRM platforms. You will implement, integrate and provide road maps for future technology solutions, scoping requirements and needs to deliver impactful enhancements to our overall MAP/CRM technology stack.
Responsible for analyzing, reporting, monitoring and managing the MAP/CRM integration.
Support Marketing and Sales Operations teams in improving business process to drive better quality and performance, educating stakeholders to support those process improvements. Train new team members on how our instances interact.
Work closely with technical services team to define and implement new functionality and product offerings based around the marketing automation platform while adhering to marketing and sales best practices.
Continuously analyze operational process to find and implement new efficiencies.
Responsible for data flow as it moves between platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and Oracle in some cases), to ensure processes and data integrity is maintained.
Experience working with different vendors SaaS solutions, annual upgrades & patching, support and escalations.
Familiar with software Project Management concepts, practices and team structures as well as different project Methodologies.
Requirement to assist with documentation of "current state" architecture as well as design and blueprint for future "to be" state.
Must have clear communication (written and oral), be customer oriented and responsive to business needs.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing and sales automation platforms including Marketo, Salesforce and MS Dynamics.
To be successful in this position, experience with building and managing native and custom system integrations using APIs is required
Skilled in SQL & SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) using for example KingswaySoft
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Tech Stack including 0365, MS Dynamics, Azure, Power Platforms (Power BI, PowerApps, Flow)
Experience managing and leading MAP/CRM integration projects and interacting with high-level marketing and sales executives required.
Professional experience with configuration, integration, and evolution of marketing technologies within B2B professional services environment/ad agency or manufacturer is essential.
Analytical mindset with aptitude and/or experience analyzing campaigns, data and reports.
Interpersonal skills: exceptional verbal/written communication, listening and attention to detail.
