Middle School Science Teacher

Duties

Pecatonica Community Middle School has one Science opening. The ideal candidate will teach 7th & 8th Science.

Qualifications

The candidate should be able to demonstrate NGSS knowledge, provide interactive and engaging lessons, use data to drive instruction, and be collaborative with staff. Licensure to teach assigned subject area and grade levels.

Salary/Benefits

As per the five-year PNA, the base salary for next year will be $40,000. The district pays full TRS on top of the base salary and also pays for 70% of single insurance. Candidates with additional coursework and experience will be placed accordingly on the salary schedule.

Additional Notes

There could be coaching duties available if interested and qualified as well.
