Flagstaff Junior Academy is expanding and seeks an additional English Language Arts Teacher to join our talented team!

Job Opening: Middle School English Language Arts Teacher

Terms of Employment: 2024-2025 School Year

Salary: Per Board Approved New Hire Salary Guide

JOB GOAL: Candidate will work collaboratively with the other grade-level teachers and administrators to develop classroom strategies and implement individualized instruction to meet the needs of each individual student.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis on English, middle grades education, or related field

2.Ability to obtain an Arizona fingerprint clearance card

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Arizona Teaching Certificate in Middle Grades Education or Secondary English Education

2.Experience teaching secondary science in K-12 setting
