Position Description

The Middle Market Group (MMG) Sales Associate is the content manager for a team of 70 middle markets sales people representing more than 500 institutional accounts.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partnering with research analysts and event/conference teams to provide clients with diversified materials and information to suit their individual investment objectives.

  • Managing prospecting standards and guidelines to support the generation of new business.

  • Ensure positive client interactions by liaising between business management, sales traders, and the sales force to control levels of client access to content.

  • Conducting administrative tasks for the platform by collaborating with the operations and risk management departments

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • 2 years' experience in financial services industry

  • Possess a strong understanding of the financial services industry and global capital markets products

  • Ability to work in fast-paced and intense work environment, which requires an aptitude for analyzing and interpreting often complex information in a timely manner

  • Self-motivated, innovative, hardworking individual, who can handle multiple tasks and competing deadlines

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with various professionals.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and follow-up

  • Demonstrate strong time management/ prioritization skills and solid judgement

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required

  • Knowledge of Bloomberg
