Aon Is Looking For A Middle Market Exchange Sales Operations Specialist

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Middle Market Exchange (MMX) business group in any Aon Midwest (preferably Chicago) or East Coast office. As a Middle Market Exchange Sales Operations Specialist, you will report directly to the Assistant Vice President.

Your Impact As A Middle Market Exchange Sales Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage opportunity update document

  • Track the status of every opportunity and follow-up with the opportunity owner when necessary

  • Schedule sales meetings

  • Coordinate and set agenda for weekly internal calls

  • Track sales "hot list"

  • Note upcoming demos/proposals

  • Record notes on all qualification calls

  • Own SharePoint, Salesforce, and Aon Avenue updates

  • Act as liaison for Sales Team on reference requests

  • Manage headcount reports and organize contracts

  • Coordinate MMX team call agenda

  • Track MMX win details for finance group (pricing, commission/fee, new/existing, etc.)

  • Assist operations with implementation projects

  • Create prospect lists

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

Required Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and specifically advanced level Excel skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Project management experience

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

  • Solid organizational and time management skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Healthcare, sales and/or operational support experience strongly preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
