The Bobcat program is seeking a Software Requirements Systems Engineer, acting as the Product Manager/Owner (PO) within a software development Agile Release Train (ART).
This PO will have content authority over the project backlog for their ART. The PO will own Features and Product Backlog Item (PBI) definitions and associated definitions and story pointing. The PO will work in concert with our program's customer to define/refine software requirements, estimate and size feature delivery and coordinate and manage release content in concert with customer priorities.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Identifying and refining customer needs
Guiding Features and Stories/PBIs through the program Kanban process
Story definition and team backlog refinement and prioritization

Experience as Agile Release Train Engineer, Agile Scrum Master or Agile Product Owner
Active TS/SCI to start with the ability to obtain a CI poly
Previous technical leadership experience on software development project(s)
Understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology and processes
Familiarity with planning and scheduling tools and techniques and software development processes are highly desired skills for the job.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools (TFS/Azure)
