Haley Ward is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of new structures and infrastructure projects.

What you can expect to be doing:
Develop complete structural designs and construction documents from project initiation to project completion.
Conduct site visits and assessments as necessary.
Develop various written documents as required by customers such as feasibility studies, structural analysis reports with supporting calculations and site visit assessment reports.
Collaborate on designs and drawings with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, subcontractors, project managers and construction managers. Communicate with clients to understand the project requirements.
Manage project timelines and budgets
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
5+ years of experience in structural engineering
Proficiency in structural design software
Design experience using steel, aluminum, wood and concrete materials.
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
Excellent communication and project management skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and quality-focused
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required
A criminal background check and driving record check will be conducted.
