Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Staff Analyst (Level 3) to join the CustomerSupportSystems Service Engineering team based out of Seal Beach, California.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and diverse team. In this analyst role, you will hold an integral part of the Boeing team by executing a variety of business needs while offering executive support. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable on software tools such as charting within MS Excel and working schedules within MS Project. You will also implement software tools and develop/maintain websites while performing light software coding.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collects, processes, and assembles data from multiple sources.

• Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues.

• Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of all meetings and events.

• Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials.

• Gathers customer requirements for projects.

• Develops and maintains the project schedule while monitoring and tracking the plan of execution.

• Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives.

• Plans and coordinates group-level facility requirements.

• Provides status reports.

• Maintains and tracks training requirements.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Seal Beach, California.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

• 3+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher

• Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly

• Experience in presenting to Senior Level Management

• 3+ years of experience with program management best practices including Base Line Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management

• Executive Support and Preparation

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $79,000.00 - $86,000.00
