As a Mid-Level Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of our software solutions. Leveraging your extensive experience with the LAMP (Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP) stack, you will collaborate with like-minded developers to deliver scalable and robust applications that meet our business evolving needs. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain our mobile and web applications using the LAMP stack and other technologies. Collaborate with our program manager, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.

Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior team members. Optimize application performance and scalability through code refactoring and performance tuning. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in software development to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, preferably with a focus on the LAMP stack. High proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

Experience with web development frameworks such as Slim or Symfony. Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Location: Warrington, PA Benefits:
