Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Procurement Analyst to join our Commodities, Services and Supplier Diversity team in Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects.

  • Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.

  • Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.

  • Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.

  • Supports the development and implementation of strategies.

  • Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.

  • Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.

  • Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders.

  • Develops risk mitigation plan.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

  • More than 1 year of experience preparing reports in support of data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • More than 1 year of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations.

  • More than 1 year of experience with COGNOS.

  • More than 1 year of experience in a role that required articulating data analysis summaries verbally or via PowerPoint presentations to various audience including senior management.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Boeing has an opening for a Product Data Management Specialist in support of our C-17 and other parts of the Training Systems programs. As part of our team, you will be focused on data management, which involves tracking and reporting data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements. Primary Responsibilities * Participate in activities to define and document product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management, and engineering processes. * Works with Integrated Product Team Leads and Customer Data Requirement List authors to insure proper documentation of Contract requirements * Assist in cross-references Contract requirements with the contract Statement of Work. * Evaluates and scrubs contract Customer Data Requirement List requirements for contracts to insure consistency * Leads activities required for contract shredding and implementation. * Develops, documents and implements plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control. * Tracks and reports data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; conducts audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements. * Assist with development of certification plans, integrated process architecture infrastructures, process models, product structure definitions and/or data requirements/data management processes. * Defines, documents and interprets product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management and engineering processes. * Develops, documents and implements plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control. * Tracks and reports data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; supports audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements. * Assists with development certification plans, integrated process architecture infrastructures, process models, product structure definitions and/or data requirements/data management processes. * Works general direction.
