Boeing Global Privacy Department is seeking a Mid-level Privacy and Data Protection Specialist to support Global Privacy Office operations. The position could be located in Seattle, WA, Mesa, AZ, Englewood, CO, or Saint Louis, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintains company privacy and data protection policies, processes and standards that address privacy and data protection regulations worldwide.

  • Provides technical leadership for privacy implementations.

  • Provides support to business units and functions and promotes awareness of privacy concepts, legal and regulatory requirements, company privacy and data protection policies, processes, and standard methods and tools.

  • Communicates and collaborates with project teams on general privacy matters.

  • Conducts privacy and data protection impact assessments against business activity that involves personal information.

  • Identifies privacy risks, supports resolution and the development of mitigation plans, and recommends safeguards and controls.

  • Maintains understanding of Boeing privacy and information protection policies, processes, controls, standard practices, and global regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinates the documentation of processes and improvements.

  • Monitors privacy regulations, technology trends, business process changes, and developments in the privacy field; evaluates potential business impacts; and recommends for implementation applicable changes to Company privacy and data protection governance in response.

  • Defines privacy policy compliance measures and monitors and reports on Company privacy activities to ensure adherence with policies and procedures, regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Defines and manages privacy risk management processes.

  • Involved in processes for responding to data subject rights requests and responding to privacy incidents.

  • Provides privacy and data protection training and awareness materials for employees.

  • Supports due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and subsidiary integrations, ensuring privacy risks are addressed and resolved.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Experience working with privacy or data protection laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Information security and/or privacy certification, such as CISSP, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, etc.

Typical Education / Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation assistance. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

The Clinical EAP Counselor will provide brief counseling or assist members in accessing their mental health benefit when appropriate in a workplace environment. In addition, the Clinical EAP Counselor works closely with Beacon Health Options fortune 500 client to follow work performance referrals; case management of Drug Free Workplace programs as well as fitness for duty and threat assessment referrals. The Clinical Consultant/Counselor conducts relocation interviews with families relocating internationally and interacts with all levels of management to provide EAP orientations, management training and a variety of workshops to help promote the Employee Assistance Program. Position Responsibilities: * Provides brief (short term) counseling (up to six sessions) on-site at client's work site locations as assigned. * Refers into individual member benefit plans when clinically appropriate. Assures appropriate level of case and coordinates with the CA service center as appropriate. * Case manages positive drug, work performance, threat of violence and fitness for duty referrals. Provides data to Beacon Health Options for reports. * Provides consultation and trainings to client worksite representatives regarding managing troubled employees and other human resource and wellness topics. * Ensures continuity of patient care through contact with providers as needed. Position Requirements: Education: Minimum of a master's degree in a mental health discipline with fiveyears of clinical experience post-graduation. Licensure: Current, valid and unrestricted Washington license in a mental health field (LMHC, LPC, LICSW or LMFT). Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) preferred. Relevant Work Experience: Three (3) years' experience is psychiatric and/or substance abuse treatment. Experience in settings that include inpatient, partial, and/or outpatient treatment and care management services in a behavioral care management organization preferred. Training and or experience in assessment of substance use disorders required. Experience as an EAP counselor preferred.
