Job Description

CACI is actively seeking a Software Developer Associate to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division Acquisition and Readiness Assessment Division at Norco, CA.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Develops web-based applications from end-to-end in a fast-paced Agile environment.

  • Develops full-stack web applications in a technical environment.

  • Designs, codes, tests new solutions for a new global B2B platform.

Required Skills:

  • BS or equivalent + 0-year experience

  • 1+ years of ASP.NET MVC development and the C# language.

  • 1+ years of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Must include HTML5 and CSS3.

  • Experience delivering digital marketing sites and applications with responsive and adaptive web design.

  • Experience in software design concepts such as separation of concerns, microservices and SOA.

  • Knowledge of client server environment, three tier environment and N-tier environments.

  • Experience with front end JavaScript frameworks like Bootstrap, AngularJs, React and Knockout.

  • Experience building and consuming REST web services

  • Knowledge and understanding of relational database

  • Working knowledge of XML/JSON and using 3rd party API's.

  • Experience building integrations between independent systems, services and data sources.

  • Experience with object-oriented design, software patterns, and refactoring.

  • Experience writing unit and integration test case.

  • Experience with application security and user authentication.

  • Good knowledge of architectural considerations for B2B web sites like scalability, availability, CDNs, Azure/cloud deployment.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

Maintain software development infrastructure in a fast-paced, highly technical environment. Install, troubleshoot, and perform administration of Cisco-based networks with architecture components, including Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) and IP schema management, Etherchannel, multiple routing protocols, and access control lists (ACLs). Perform integrated Information Assurance (IA) tasks, including security and audit policy implementation, Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) documentation and management, and operational security posture assessment and enforcement. Develop and review engineering change requests and other technical proposals, document recommendations, and submit analyses and report. Evaluate configuration changes and installation schedules, identify issues, impacts, potential schedule conflicts, and develop recommendations as alterations to these elements. Test and evaluate networks and systems and document topology changes, including changes associated with equipment racks or enclosures, electrical service, and infrastructure data cabling, removal or installation effort, backup, and restore for disaster recovery. This position is located in Norco, CA. Basic Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience with network administration * 3+ years of experience with Windows 7 or higher, including installing and configuring disk partitioning, file access, security, and printers * Experience with installing, administering, troubleshooting, and configuring Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy environment * Experience with maintaining Network Appliance (NetApp) storage arrays or storage technologies * Active Secret clearance * HS diploma or GED * CompTIA Security+ Certification Additional Qualifications: * Experience with analyzing and implementing network configuration management plans and documenting network or system topologies * Experience with configuring and troubleshooting network service support for DoD networks and C4I systems or similar commercial systems * Experience with installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and managing Cisco device operation and network security * Experience with maintaining Cisco networking switches * Ability to ensure IA compliance in a computer system or network, including WAN routing protocols and tables, Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), System Log (syslog) and NetFlow, Cisco device configurations, iOS images and licenses, ACLs, and port security * BA or BS degree preferred Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
