Mid-Level Data Analyst

As a mid-level Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will be to setup and manage data feeds from vendors and company clients, troubleshoot data feeds and issues, as well as work closely with other company departments to solve platform data issues. As a member of the team, you will work closely with other Data Analysts, the Onboarding Team, and Development teams to integrate data feeds into our company processes and ensure they are being properly displayed.

This is a full-time, salaried, remote position headquartered in Herndon, VA. Applicants must reside within the Continental U.S. Eastern or central time zones highly preferred, but all welcome to apply who have ability to work 8:30AM-5:30PM (EST).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Setup and manage data feeds from vendors and clients through company prescribed processes
• Query databases using SQL tools to perform quality control analysis on data
• Troubleshoot issues within feeds and reporting on a client level
• Accurately and efficiently implement tasks from start to completion following specific guidelines and processes, cross-checking against process log and invoices to ensure accuracy
• Assist other departments and leadership, as requested, with managing and interpreting available data for the use in company systems

Requirements:

• BA/BS preferably in computer science, mathematics, statistics, business or related field
• 2-5 years professional experience with relevant applications
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio or similar database tooling, a PLUS!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
