Approved coaching credentials preferred, and if not possessed, must enroll in approved program within 3 months of assuming the role.
Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge and/or a proven record of success in human resources policies and practices, preferably within a professional services environment, including, but not limited to, the following areas:
Advising the Managing Director or Partners it relates to Human Capital and drive effective execution of the Human Capital strategy in the market;
Driving consistent execution of national programs at the market level;
Acting as a member of the Market Council Leadership and working with the MMP in collaboration with Lines of Service, Verticals, Internal Firm Services Functional Leaders, and People leaders to drive effective execution of a one firm People strategy at the market level;
Providing career advisor and leadership development support to client service and internal professionals in the market;
Collaborating with all Center of Excellences and National People teams on execution of New Manager Experience, Discover, LDE activities, and attrition risk data;
Overseeing consistent execution of onboarding activities for internal experienced joiners, campus hires, and interns in newly-defined Mega-Markets with support from Onboarding CoE;
Leading development of strategy for local market connectivity events (within each office);
Handling escalated issues;
Overseeing MMP budget for people-related items;
Performing as an Ethics & Compliance office liaison for market;
Collaborating with MPL/VPL/BU/Regional People leader network to drive consistency of policy and use of industry leading practices;
Sharing accountability with MMP for local people metrics (e.g., talent acquisition, Global People Survey, turnover);
Influencing the Market partners and the local People team members in collaboration with Line of Service People team leaders;
Executing short-term people initiatives and focus on the long-term development and retention of the Market staff;
Collaborating with Diversity Leaders on diversity plan and execution of programs;
Incorporating Diversity and Inclusion goals as an essential aspect of all initiatives;
Collaborating with the People Leadership Team, LoS and other CoEs to build effective strategies, facilitate a One Firm approach, and enable consistent execution; and,
Leading and influencing teams to maximize digital skills to drive higher value, lower cost, and a tech-enabled people experience, including:
Using design thinking (including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and prototyping)
Using agile project management techniques (including sprint planning, backlog management and sprint review)
Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging People technology trends and experience innovating with new learning technology tools
Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making (leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.)
Leveraging the Google suite of tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.
