Our government client is looking for a Systems Analyst to provide support for hardware systems or applications. This is a contract, but the client will also be hiring the role as a full-time employee; the consultant will be allowed to apply for the role.
Assist with maintaining Active Directory, System Center.
Advanced troubleshooting and assisting with desktop related incidents.
Technical support of desktop computers, applications, and related technology.
Support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines. This may involve interactions with applications software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring issues.
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft System Center products
Demonstrated expertise in problem solving in a complex environment
Demonstrated expertise in managing incidents and requests from a ticketing system and maintain related incident resolution history and documentation
Demonstrated experience working in a team environment, showing strong internal and external customer focus, and establishing and maintaining effective relationships
Provide support and basic training to clients for general operation of Windows operating system, MS Office tools/Office 365, application software and standard supported COTS software
Assist in maintaining hardware and systems inventories, ensuring they are kept up to-date and as accurate as possible
