Summary:
Professional Solutions is seeking an exceptionally qualified individual as a Microsoft System Administrator Analyst to provide support to the United States Secret Service (USSS) Office of Investigation. The USSS's primary investigative mission is to safeguard the payment and financial systems of the United States and provide continual training and support to personnel and task force officers. Specifically, the National Computer Forensics Institute (NCFI) provides training to state/local law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in many areas of digital forensics and cyber investigations.

Responsibilities:
Provide on-site administrative support, at the NCFI, for Microsoft System Administrator/SME Support.
Responsible for determining users/students' hardware/software requirements for each training iteration.
Provide administration for imaging client computers via imaging software (i.e., imaging new computers for classrooms at NCFI via software).
Responsible for the administration of Microsoft Azure (provisioning, security policies, logging, auditing, etc.).
Responsible for performing and shall have current experience (within two years), configuring and supporting multi-site clustered servers and application pools.
Provide administrative support for Microsoft Exchange 2019, Microsoft Active Directory 2016, Hypervisor, Azure, and M365 Administration skill sets. Responsible for security administration, auditing, logging, and provisioning of Microsoft services.
Provide Administration of Microsoft SharePoint Online to include testing, modifying, and developing programs to support various operating systems.
Provide support with Mobile Device Management (Microsoft InTune preferred) of phones and other devices (iOS Phones preferred) and associated systems.
Provide classroom client imaging (installing new images to desktop computers).
Provide/create reports and analytic intelligence and dashboards with O365 E5 Microsoft applications for the NCFI (i.e., Power BI, Excel, SharePoint).
Provide technical project management experience in gathering, identifying, analyzing, translating customer requirements, and developing potential solutions or recommendations to management.
Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
5+ years of across Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Azure, O365 and associated services.
Current experience with Anti-Spam / Anti-Virus products.
2+ Years of experience in administration of Microsoft 365 (Commercial) and all programs associated.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Mandatory Industry Certifications:
Azure Administrator
Azure Security Engineer
M365: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
Note: Five or more years proven Azure/M365 experience can be substituted in lieu of the mandatory certifications.

Work environment:
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Typically, employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by brief periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives.
Workdays: Monday
Core hours: 8:00 am
Travel: Minimal; based on mission support
