Job Description/Overview

SHI has an exciting opportunity available in our Microsoft Software & Licensing group as a sales enablement specialist. This role is focused on providing consistent and relevant reporting to sales and internal Microsoft team leadership for the purposes of providing visibility in results and potential opportunities in market. In addition, employee will have responsibilities for management and administration of various Microsoft systems and tools.

Responsibilities/Job Function

Primary Responsibilities (to include but are not limited to the following):

  • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for specific, pre-determined information

  • Generate ad-hoc reporting requests for sales and internal stakeholders

  • Manage Microsoft Partner Network access and subscriptions, including user access and internal use rights

  • Manage access to various Microsoft portals based on a set of pre-determined approval requirements

  • Coordinate with other teams within the dept. to drive better efficiencies using reporting/tools

Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to understand data and deliver interpretable results

  • Proactive, self-motivator, capable of following thru on tasks

  • Willingness to adapt to changing business and support priorities

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) required

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Power point

  • Technology industry background, preferably with Microsoft knowledge.
