The Partner Program Manager is responsible for defining and driving programs and relationships within the Barracuda partnership with Microsoft to create best practices across three motions: Build With, GTM and Co-Sell. These all play a key part in Barracuda's success with Microsoft, specifically through growing our Microsoft solutions business. In its simplest form, we want to:

  • Build With: Develop meaningful and differentiated solutions with Microsoft

  • GTM: Take those solutions to market, leveraging the power of our partnerships and ecosystems

  • Co-Sell: Engage in the Microsoft and Barracuda field organizations and with the relevant channels to grow sales momentum and scale revenue

This is a highly cross-functional and cross-company role. The role will own, manage, coordinate and/or contribute to the following:

Build With Ensure Barracuda develops solutions that solve customer problems on Azure

  • Drive engineering, product management and product marketing alignment

  • Leverage Barracuda's Cloud Competencies and OCP Globally Managed status to drive:

  • Ongoing product and roadmap discussions to align with Microsoft's rapid innovation

  • Early access to programs and betas/pilots

  • Opportunities to deliver "better together" solutions that are engineered for Azure

  • Organizational understanding and alignment between Microsoft and Barracuda

  • Best practices: use cases, reference architectures, Quickstarts, ARM templates, etc.

  • Work cross functionally to develop solution positioning and thought leadership

  • Drive launch plans with Microsoft and attend relevant partner meetings and events

GTM Align solutions with priorities and programs at Barracuda and Microsoft

  • Work with Product Marketing to develop, execute and maintain the joint Annual GTM plans

  • Includes budget and OCRs aligned with Microsoft's fiscal calendar (July June)

  • Coordinate plan and funding review/approval by stakeholders at both companies

  • Secure co-funding from Microsoft to execute GTM plans

  • Includes workflow, tracking, reimbursement, approvals, contracts, reporting

  • Work with Marketing to plan/execute demand gen, events, social media, PR, campaigns

  • Manage ISV Competencies and ensure that we maintain our current Gold status

  • Manage Microsoft Marketplaces and navigate other routes to market (CSP, etc.)

  • Align with Microsoft's publishing guide, logo builder and guideline requirements across all activities

Co-Sell Leverage Barracuda's top-tier One Commercial Partner (OCP) status to drive revenue

  • Lead Co-Sell strategy and tools

  • Own and maintain co-sell readiness and related systems (OCP Catalog, PSC, etc.)

  • Maintain opportunity tracking across Microsoft business segments and programs

  • Train, drive awareness, and evangelize with Microsoft sellers and channel reps. Includes events: Ready, DTA, IP Co-Sell Days, Cloud Bootcamps, Partner Power Hour

  • Work with sales and marketing to create and execute programs/plays and incentives

  • Scale, ISV-Co-Sell, IP Co-Sell, P2P, Play-in-a-Box (PiB), Partner Demand Center, etc.

  • Success is qualified leads that convert to meaningful revenue for both companies

  • Identify and execute on opportunities to pursue unique differentiators/awards:

  • Partner of the Year, Preferred Solutions (AMP), Co-Sell Preferred (in OCP), etc.

Position Overview The Security Manager position will be responsible for the physical security program for the Campbell site, to include the federal regulatory compliance aspects outlined by the Division of Select Agents and Toxins (DSAT). The manager will be responsible for monitoring all security operations for the Campbell facility, personnel and maintaining the integrity of the security program. The position holder will work closely with corporate security personnel on maintaining and developing security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and ensure that physical access to the facility is controlled and maintained. Main Areas of Responsibilities * Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws. * Supervises uniformed security and security system maintenance services. Interviews, hires and ensures training of replacement or new security personnel; plans, assigns and directs work of security provider supervisors and personnel; conducts performance appraisals; provides feedback, recommends rewards and disciplines to provider's personnel. * Addresses employee and contractor complaints and resolves problems, in conjunction with corporate security, and HR when required. Inspects or directs inspection of premises to test security systems and equipment. * Prepares and presents security reports and other necessary documents, and recommends security improvements. * Advises management, corporate security, and HR, in appropriate resolution of security-related issues. * Establishes and/or interprets security policies and procedures and directs security provider in enforcing compliance of such. Establishes or implements policies relating to personnel access to regulated, controlled areas. * Identifies state-of-the-art upgrades to access control system, coordinates design and oversees major security systems installations and expansions. * Oversight of all security systems including IDS, access control and closed circuit television (CCTV) systems and key control systems. * Implement programs to monitor events, identify trends or warning signals, and take standard actions to respond to systems notification. * Maintains close and working liaison with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. Develop and maintain contacts with various agencies, government, industry, and national standards organizations to provide assistance in assessing current local events that may impact the site operations. * Plans, coordinate and executes regulatory mandated emergency drills, with all internal and external responders. * Provide assistance to EHS in coordination and development of detailed scenarios, facilitation of live drills and table-top scenario discussions and coordination of other support functions. * Ensure lessons identified during training or incident investigations are captured and shared and procedures are updated to reflect lessons learned and best practice. Requirements The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job: * Minimum of 5 years of experience, 2 in supervising physical security either in Government or Global 1000 or larger company specializing in property protection, access control and monitoring systems, crisis planning and response. * Minimum of 5 years in a progressively responsible related experience with at least 2 years in a managerial position in enforcement position in private sector. * CPP accreditation from ASIS * Maintained SRA Clearance in accordance 42 CFR 73 will be required as a condition of employment. Preferred Skills/Qualification The below skills are attributes that may not be mandatory, but are definitely desired in the ideal candidate. * Familiarity with biologics and facility systems related to biologics manufacturing a plus * Demonstrated ability to receive unannounced inspections, e.g., DHS, FDA, CDC, FBI or foreign regulatory agencies * Financial/cost accounting experience and knowledge to balance investment, services and expense goals. * Team player with strong customer orientation and ability to work in multinational and multicultural environment. * Good understanding of computer and network systems. Intrusion alarm systems, closed circuit television (CCTV), and similar equipment. Access control system use and application. * Experience in scheduling and oversight of outside security service provider. * Principles and practices of security, employee safety, employee relations, crisis management, business continuity and emergency response. * Principles of supervision and training. * English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation * Extensive Computer programs and enterprise level security management systems, applications and incident management databases. * Must have experience implementing programs in a corporate environment.
