The team is seeking an experienced Product Manager with a passion for technology, services, and products. The Product Manager will plan requirements and features for Manageability Services in the Microsoft device management ecosystem. They will drive strategy for new offers that complement and incorporate technology from Microsoft's solution portfolio; including Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune + SCCM), Autopilot, Azure Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Managed Desktop (MMD), Microsoft 365, Office 365, CSR/CSP offers, Teams, and others.
The Product Manager will work with worldwide, region market, and marketing teams to position HP offerings, assess competition, and determine areas to drive differentiation. They will apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and be regarded as a subject matter expert; especially for Microsoft products, roadmap and strategy.
Develop product strategy for HP Manageability Services solutions in the modern Microsoft ecosystem Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune + SCCM), Autopilot, Azure AD, Microsoft Managed Desktop (MMD), Microsoft 365, Office 365, CSR/CSP offers, Teams, and others.
Responsible to create and track service offer requirements; including software, hardware, partner, and cloud infrastructure features.
Work closely with Microsoft to understand technology roadmaps and joint opportunities to deliver new customer experiences.
Create clear value proposition for new solutions with Marketing and Sales Enablement teams.
Responsible for researching, identifying, and prioritizing the customer experience for new Manageability Services solutions.
Assess market competition, position HP products, and determine areas to drive differentiation against competitors' products.
Build strong relationships with Engineering, Regional Market, and Product Marketing teams to prioritize activities needed to drive end business results.
Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
Exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
Act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
Frequently represent the organization to external customers/clients.
Knowledge and Skills:
Service, software, or hardware product planning and management experience.
Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft software and service solutions; including Windows, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune + SCCM), Autopilot, Azure AD, Microsoft Managed Desktop (MMD), Microsoft 365, Office 365, CSR/CSP offers, Teams, etc.
IT Digital Transformation or Modern Management experience, such as moving to modern endpoint management and cloud-based technologies.
Driven, proactive and a do-er with a high sense of urgency.
Demonstrated change agent, creative thinker, and problem solver.
A strong communicator with the ability to pull out and summarize information and tailor communication style and content for a variety of audiences.
Skilled in building trusted relationships with team members and project stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and good judgment; must be a team player, positive, flexible, and creative.
Education and Experience Required:
College degree in Marketing/Business/Technical.
7+ years experience in product management or marketing at a technology, IT services, software, software as a service (SaaS), or cloud company.
Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams.
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines.
