Our fast-paced environment and dynamic global Sales & Partner Operations department is eager for a mover and shaker to step into this role and become an integral part of our team.

About the role Aptean is seeking a specialist to join our Operations team. The Analyst is responsible for assisting Sales with deal structure required to support Microsoft Business Central and NAV sales and upgrades. This resource will understand pricing, Microsoft Business Central products/licensing, and CSP configuration/agreements.

You will also: Assist sales to ensure correct SKU selection and pricing Assist sales with understanding impact of Microsoft product upgrades related to licensing and user counts Assist sales to ensure deal structure aligns with Aptean internal billing/renewal processes Assist sales and customer with CSP agreements and tenant access About you You typically have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Microsoft Business Central-related sales support and procurement You must also Have an understanding of Microsoft Partner Source and CSP Portal Possess detailed knowledge of Microsoft NAV and Business Central licensing If you share our mindset, you can share in our success.
