Role Overview

We are seeking an Intune Specialist who has engineering level expertise with the development of Autopilot and Windows 11 as well as other Intune based related engineering activities.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the technical lead in understanding and prioritizing activities.

• Complete assigned activities to a high standard including documentation and testing.

• Drive continuous improvements with identifying areas of improvement.

• Work with OCM team to develop training and other materials to support activities.

• Perform training to local IT teams and users on correct use of Autopilot.

• Actively mentor and coach junior members to improve their skills.

• Ability to strategize for the future and design technical solutions.

• Ability to demonstrate visibility into the operations and health of the end-user computing environment by defining and generating reports.

• Deploying, coordinating, and maintaining disk encryption using BitLocker.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of directly relevant experience in MDM (Modern Device Management) technology, consisting of Endpoint Management Tools like Intune (Autopilot), SCCM (CMG, Co-Management) in an Enterprise PC environment.

• 5+ years in a lead/senior engineering role

• Direct experience with sophisticated knowledge of Windows 10/11 system administration and maintenance, including deep knowledge of the registry, file system, processes, services, and security.

• Working experience with AD & Azure AD (Hybrid)

• Expert-level knowledge of

• end-user computing hardware

• scripting languages (VBS, PowerShell, WMI)

• Internet browser management, security, and configuration

• Certified on Modern Desktop Management, SCCM/Intune, Azure, any cloud certifications.
