Insight is seeking an Microsoft Infrastructure Architect, with expertise in GPS, OU, Azure, ADFS, and O365 to join our team. You'll work onsite at our client in Dallas, TX for 3-4 months, and help aid in several projects they have going on.

What you'll do at Insight:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Server and Active Directory, AzureAD, ADFS, GPS, OU

  • Perform delivery tasks for assigned projects that could include design , implementation and documentation

  • Work with the existing engineering team on designing, deployment, and upgrading the environment

What you'll need to join Insight:

  • 5+ years of experience and proven expertise as a Microsoft Infrastructure expert, with proven knowledge in the following: GPS, OU, Azure, ADFS, O365, and Windows 10

  • Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Office 365, Enterprise Mobility Suite, and Windows 10 is required

  • Provide the technical capabilities of understand basic networking and server/desktop related tasks and configurations

Responsibilities The Container Store Senior Director of Infrastructure is responsible for the day-to-day tactical management, technical direction and leadership of the Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering and Database Administrator teams. This includes data center, cloud and store infrastructure, data center applications, store applications, network administration, network engineering, database administration, security systems, wireless, and telecom services. Managing the leaders of the teams of developers and engineers, this individual works closely with the management team and business units to ensure alignment with business objectives, and ensure stability, uptime, and reliability of these systems. The individual in this role should have strong personnel management, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as have a solid grasp of how to run and manage complex infrastructure. Principal Duties and Responsibilities * Responsible for the architecture, roadmap, design, standardization, availability, and the support of all cloud and physical infrastructure  * Owns end-to-end availability and performance of mission critical services and builds automation to prevent problem recurrence; automate response to all non-exceptional service conditions * Oversees all aspects of the IT infrastructure operations, network communication (LAN, WAN, email, etc.), data center, databases, store hardware, and software * Leads strategic technology initiatives which build and maintain key elements of the company's enterprise infrastructure, including but not limited to 24x7 data center and cloud (AWS) infrastructure management and strategy, active directory integration, software-defined internetworking, and innovative end user computing solutions * Leads the Infrastructure Team in implementing and managing tactical and packaged applications such as Microsoft Windows/Active Directory, various UNIX and Linux systems, wired and wireless networking, Voice over IP, mobile devices, and management and other off-the-shelf systems as required * Owns the relationships and oversee the management of third party service providers in the delivery of projects and infrastructure managed services  * Owns of the ITIL/IT Service Management processes that support technology operations including change management, incident management, problem management, etc.  * Works closely with the Resource Center (help desk), System Support (deskside support), development, security, and management teams in the delivery of technology services  * Manages team budget and related financial processes  * Manages critical technology general control processes, including user access management, segregation of duties, and other controls supporting PCI and SOX requirements  * Develops, manage and test the company's backup, recovery and Disaster Recovery capabilities * Establishs baseline key system performance metrics, tracking and regular reporting to the company with specific plans for improvement where appropriate  * Stays current with industry best practices, new technology, and information security developments and techniques The Benefits of Working Here Our benefits exemplify our commitment to an employee-first culture, ensuring employees and their families are well taken care of, safe and secure.
