Whether it is a first-time implementation, managed services, application or database upgrade, we can help. We're looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM D365 Architect to join our growing team.
In this role, you will:
Help us in launching our CRM Practice. This will be an opportunity to help launch and grow a new part of our business network within the D365 partner ecosystem, make an impact with clients as a solution architect, and also provide leadership on project work.
Demonstrate a proven track record of evaluating business and technology needs and translating that understanding into configuration of the software and/or technical specifications for custom development. The Architect serves as the conduit between the customer community and the software development or implementation team.
This is a senior level, full-time or contract opportunity.
A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:
Business process analysis
Ability to communicate complex business information to technical audiences and complex technical information to business audiences.
Ability to manage client-facing communication, to facilitate customer meetings and capture and distribute action items.
Proficient in Microsoft O365 products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, One Drive, Exchange, Yammer.
Proficient in PowerApps, Flow, CDS, Visual Studio, PowerBI, O365 & D365 Administration, SQL Server Data Tools, and Azure Dev Ops, Azure Development Tools, Logic Apps, PowerApps, and ESB/ETL Technology (KingswaySoft, Scribe, MuleSoft)
Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Sales, Field Service, Project Service Automation, Customer Service, Marketing, Portals and other emerging Microsoft software.
Ability to elicit technical and functional requirements to create visual representations of business processes.
Ability to plan and execute projects on time and on budget; to create and manage a backlog of tasks and consistently maintain sprint velocity; ability to accurately estimate time-to-completion and budget and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to design, configure and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions based on out-of-the-box features.
Ability to design, configure and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions based on complex xRM solutions with multiple customizations, plugins and integrations.

Consulting experience is strongly preferred. That said, you will also be considered if you have a strong industry background. We like to work in the communities we live in.
We want someone who likes to solve problems. Clients don't come to us when the problem is easy. You should enjoy taking on the hard stuff.
And because we work with clients, excellent communication skills are important both written and verbal. Translating technical concepts into layman's terms is an essential skill.
Initiative is important. We don't hand hold you should be comfortable working independently in an entrepreneurial environment. That said, collaboration is equally important. Our Boston team and other [technologists or consultants] at Centric will give you an amazing support system. You will lean on them daily.
Last, but not least, you will need to be an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect.
