Description: Client is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to join the program team that is developing a new global system to support our contact centers. The position will be responsible for the administration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system including: o Operational configuration maintenance o Creating views and dashboards o Leveraging out of the box functionality that is not being utilized yet o Working with business owners on enhancement requests o Report development
Required Skills / Experience:
o Minimum of 2 years working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including time specifically working with MS CRM 2016/Dynamics 365 in the Cloud o Minimum of 2 years. experience administering Microsoft Dynamic CRM customizations/configurations including: - Views and dashboards
Custom entities o Microsoft Azure Cloud Configuration o Understanding of MS CRM 2016/Dynamics 365 - All standard out of the box functionality
Workflows o Experience using and supporting Microsoft Dynamics:
Unified Service Desk (USD) or Customer Care Accelerator (CCA) or Contact Center Desktop (CCD) - Outlook Client
Preferred Skills / Experience:
o Experience with CRM 2016 (ideal experience transitioning a team through an upgrade) o Programming and development experience with SQL reporting o Microsoft CRM training and certification valued o Ford Experience This program is an exciting, evolving area that is core to Fords Consumer Engagement vision. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or another field with related work experience
