Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

As a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, you will be part of our Professional Services team and be accountable for the overall solution design, responsible for understanding use cases and requirements, responsible for building out the declarative aspects of the solution, accountable for writing user stories, and authoring supporting documentation.

The day-to-day:

• Design and manage the implementation of TechnoMile solutions that meet business requirements for small to midsize projects

• Create user stories for implementation, detailing the technical requirements to meet the user story acceptance criteria

• Lead client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements, where needed

• Demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed

• Assist in end-user acceptance testing by developing the test cases and the acceptance criteria

• Lead knowledge sharing sessions with the client and provide the user documentation required for supporting the system in the future

• Present solution options to customers, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization

• Refine implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle

• Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping

• Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams

• Participate in training content development and administrator and end-user training delivery

Who you are:

• You have experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions

• Ability to effectively design a scalable solution to meet client business needs, and participate in system configuration when necessary

• Experience performing impact analysis for potential changes in scope; and identifying potential risk situations

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment

• Communicates effectively at all levels

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferably with the CE module

• Hands-on experience with packaged applications

• Experience in implementing full project lifecycles

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred
