Position Description
CGI is seeking a Microservices /API Lead for an exciting opportunity to augment your current skill as well as learn new technologies.

Are you someone who enjoys working with the latest technology and leveraging it to solve real world problems? Are you someone who speaks code and business?

By working both at the keyboard coding and shoulder-to-shoulder with customers evaluating architectural choices, you will help bridge the gap between business and technology. You will work closely with product manages, technology leaders and users.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Designing & building complex, scalable, high volume, low latency Enterprise Java applications

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Deep experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Security, API, RESTful APIs.

  • Experience across Microservices Architecture and API driven Architecture.

  • Produce architecture and high level design to the requirements.

  • Produce Proof of Concepts (POC) to fit in business requirement.

  • Hands-on experience in building complex, scalable, high volume Enterprise Java applications

  • Contribute to driving architecture strategy to keep it aligned with the enterprise architecture.

  • Experience on Docker or Kubernetes or similar Microservices deployment

  • Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD process and pipelines

o Web Services: 5+ years
o Java/ J2EE: 7+ years
o Spring: 7+ years
o PL/SQL: 5+ years
o AngularJS

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience on programming languages such as NodeJS, Go and Scala will be an added advantage

  • Experience on Kafka and Spark will be an added advantage

  • Experience on NoSQL databases

Education: Bachelor's Degree in CS, Information Systems, Engineering or related field

The duties of the Lead Sales Associate include assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operating a cash register, stocking and recovering merchandise, cleaning the store, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets. DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers. * Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment from customers and make change, bag merchandise, and assist customers with merchandise as necessary. * Follow company work processes to receive, open and unpack boxes, cartons and totes of merchandise; stock merchandise, restock and rotate merchandise on shelves, and build merchandise displays. * Clean the store; take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restroom and stockroom; and help set up sidewalk displays. * Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms. * Open and close the store under specific direction of the Store Manager. * Perform additional duties typically performed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, in their absence.
