Mandatory Skills:
Responsible for technology ownership on Microservices domain.
Experienced in Technical planning in his / her domain.
Understanding in communication services domain, Strategies, and Business process.
Good Understanding in MS Patterns, Architectural designs, Implementation aspect of Design.
Hands-on expertise in deployment aspect of the microservices.
Delivery expertise with Best practices on design, Bounded context, CQRS, Event sourcing, Polyglot persistence, circuit breaking, event-driven data management.
Understanding in Netflix based OSS model for services deployments.
Strong Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, ESB, Web Services, JMS and other J2EE technologies for large complex systems with emphasis on middleware server side development.
Experienced in Event Store, Service Registry, Service discovery, CD/CI, database for polyglot persistence, Containers (ie.Docker, Kubernetes)
Experienced in Integration techniques, such as API gateways, for service registry, throttling, management, orchestration, choreography, messaging.
Hands-on expertise with Oauth2, or JSON Web Tokens.
Experience with DevOps Model
Experienced in Cloud technologies i.e. AWS/ Google Cloud / Azure

This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy. Determines technical standards and functionality tests for state applications and systems. Develops and implements procedures designed to ensure that all systems support the states business and meets the requirements of the end-users. Verifies stability, interoperability, portability, security, and scalability of system architecture. Provides technical guidance and support for the development and troubleshooting of systems and monitors system operations to detect potential problems. Collaborates with engineers and software developers to select appropriate design solutions and to ensure the compatibility of system components. Performs other duties as assigned.
