Michigan- Substitute Teacher- Pontiac

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Substitute Teacher to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of education for students in the absence of the classroom teacher. This position provides a flexible schedule and an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young learners.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom instruction following lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.

• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Manage classroom behavior and ensure that students adhere to school rules.

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that meet educational standards.

• Provide individualized support and guidance to students as needed.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to ensure a smooth transition between classes.

• Assess student performance and provide feedback to regular teachers.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older.

• Must be legally registered to work in the USA.

• Must have completed 60 College Credits with a minimum of a 2.0 GPA.

• Must have a Background Check Clearance (Misdemeanors Depends / NO FELONIES).
