The Wraparound MHRS Facilitator coordinates services and planning for children referred through social service, probation, or mental health departments, at risk of transitioning to or from family-like settings. As the facilitator you will provide services in the community primarily in homes, schools, and the community. The Facilitator collaborates closely with youth and caregivers to ensure their vision guides the team and their voices are heard.

Responsibilities
Conduct weekly coaching and counseling sessions with clients and caregivers to support treatment goals
Formulate and lead Child and Family teams to facilitate treatment planning and support
Cultivate and sustain relationships with community members and providers
Coordinate and implement treatment services for assigned clients under clinician supervision
Assist in case planning and provide consultation to team members on clinical and casework issues
Intervene in clients' behavior management programs as needed
Document mental health notes, treatment plans, outcome measures, and incident reports accurately and promptly
Participate in the emergency on-call crisis response system once every quarter
Engage in individual and/or group supervision
Attend all required trainings
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Counseling/Psychology/Social Work
Must be eligible for MHRS certification (4 years of experience providing services in a mental health setting)
Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings as needed
Be part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled with supervisor ahead of time
Must be at least 21 years of age
Own vehicle, Valid California driver's license and insurability with Seneca's automobile policy
TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
Must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Preferred:
Experience implementing family-focused wraparound services
Strong organizational, time management, and writing skills
Ability to work as a team player, with diverse population and demonstrates cultural competency
Bilingual skill set in Spanish
Schedule
Full-time
Mon-Fri; 9am-5:30pm
Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and weekends, scheduled ahead of time
1 week availability for on-call emergency response, once every quarter
Benefits
Starting at $31.12 - $33.62 per hour, actual salary is dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications for the role
An additional compensation upon passing the bilingual language proficiency exam
