The Manager assists the Executive Director in establishing satellite, franchise, and/or remote operations of the MedEx Academy.
The Manager assists the Executive Director in forging alliances and partnerships with institutions and organizations to support and increase the equities of the MedEx Academy.
The Manager is responsible for assessing, documenting, and evaluating programs and learning experiences for students from accredited and affiliated academic institutions. Works with the Executive Director to develop, implement, and evaluate MedEx Academy initiatives to ensure measurable outcomes. The Manager provides day-to-day oversight for MedEx Academy, and works with academic partners to grow intiatives that contribute to workforce needs of the health system. To support the growth of pipeline initiatives, the Manager works with the MedEx Academy staff to identify and secure resources, lead research and publication efforts, as well as develop enhanced curriculum aligned with the growth strategies of MedEx Academy and pipeline programs.
Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of employees that may include final budget authority, hire/termination/disciplinary authority, performance appraisal responsibility. Job will be considered a member of the management staff with direct reports..
Specific Acceptable Credentials (if applicable)
In lieu of the Above Minimum Requirements
Education or experience must be health care or career education related, but not both. Experiences working in the capacity of a MedEx staff member will be considered.
Other Required Experience
Knowledge of agency policies & procedure - required.
