Responsible for actively monitoring and managing concurrent supply chain work streams which together support the growth and profitability of Syscos North America distribution network. Supply chain work streams include direct Operating Company inbound freight efficiency, supplier integration into Syscos redistribution network, Syscos sourcing initiatives, and forward warehouse utilization. Across each of these work streams a Supply Chain Manager (SCM) must understand a suppliers supply chain and Sysco costing methodology and strategies.


Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
Develop Supply Chain solutions with suppliers for Sysco distribution networks
Identification, negotiation, and implementation of supply chain efficiency opportunities including redistributed supplier adoption allowances and supplier freight and pick-up allowance programs
Act as Supply Chain liaison between Syscos supplier network and Syscos internal teams, i.e., Operating Companies, Sysco Merchandising Services, Sourcing, Forward Warehouse, Redistribution Operations, Regional Supply Chain staff, Carrier Development, National Inbound Transportation, Supply Chain Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Analytics.
Develop, track and report on key performance metrics for financial goals and supplier performance on a monthly basis.


Requires an undergraduate or higher degree. A higher degree in a related field of study or a minimum of 5 years experience in a supply chain position, preferably in a high volume, multi-location distribution environment, concentrating on supply chain modeling, operations, finance, or inventory management

Job Responsibilities * Conduct supplier audits as required, including comprehensive quality audits, compliance and investigative audits. * Schedule audits with critical suppliers * Coordinate audit schedule to align with budget constraints * Comply with all supplier safety requirements while on site * Conduct opening/closing meetings * Perform a comprehensive evaluation of supplier's quality system and verification of ISO Certifications and approved cleaning procedure(s) * Provide non-conformance reporting based on objective evidence * Work with suppliers, and Air Liquide entity where appropriate, to resolve deficiencies identified during the audit * Manage the corrective action process; assure timely closure and that actions taken are effective to address the non-conformance * Assist the Entity Technical Expert, Design Authority or Subject Matter Expert during the approval process. * Issue audit reports * Work with suppliers and the entities to drive the supplier qualification process. * Review and assist in closure of customer complaints, quality incidents, and performs investigations when appropriate. * Assist with development of annual audit plan. * Conduct critical supplier technical qualifications against Air Liquide specifications. * Communicate with suppliers * Distribute supplier questionnaires and other required documentation * Evaluate supplier responses to questionnaires * Document qualification status * Maintain annual data/schedule sheet with qualification information to track status. * Maintain in-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards. * Maintain working knowledge of Air Liquide's Quality Management System and Blue Book requirements. * Contribute to setting goals, strategies, and tactics to achieve objectives * Other duties as required (e.g. Performance Evaluations, Vendor Setup, etc.) Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business/technical/engineering (or equivalent experience) * 3+ years related experience * In-depth knowledge of the Electronics Industry/Semiconductor manufacturing and production processes, regulatory requirements (ex: ISO 9001: 2015), Compressed Gas Association and other industry standards (ex: CGA 4.1, ASTM G-93, Good Manufacturing Practices) * Strong knowledge of quality system tools and Quality Management System auditing; * Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office * General knowledge of manufacturing and production processes; good verbal and written communication skills.
