Job Summary:As a Material Program Management Lead for the Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar (EASR) portfolio of programs, you're responsible for management, coordination and oversight of all supply chain accountabilities, including management of Supply Chain participation and input to the Integrated Product Development System Gate process. In this role, you'll also define Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule inputs to the program, and will be involved with aggregation, analysis and reporting of financial and performance data for all Integrated Supply Chain activities. As a key franchise program, the candidate will also be involved in the strategic supply chain planning and execution of new business captures as AMDR grows into new markets, platforms, and customers both domestic and international.

Qualifications you Must Have:
8+ years of Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Program or Project Management experience
Experience with Supply Chain processes and procedures
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications we Value:
Experience leading teams and/or resolving issues across multiple disciplines / functions
Risk Management experience
Knowledge and experience working with FAR, DFAR
Experience leading or supporting proposal efforts
Strong analytical and prioritization skills required to effectively manage a large, complex Bill of Material
Certified Material Program Manager
Experience with PDM and PRISM
Strong management and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally
