Essential Job Functions:

  • Accountable for efficiently deliver automation, testing tools related work based on the team's goals, objectives, and KPIs for QE team.

  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement for our application.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manual QA team, Development, Product team and Business) to identify areas for test automation and increase the automation coverage.

  • Identify and implement best practices for automated testing and drive innovation in test automation.

  • Leading the team to deliver results promptly while fostering innovation and efficient productivities.

  • Collaborate with the project team on project reviews, reports and communication.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the QA team, support test strategy efficiency.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality test code.

  • Recruit top talants, mentor, coach, lead performance cycles and develop technical staff.

  • Implement, maintain and monitor QA metrics and processes.

  • Manage automation test environments, data, and tools to support automated testing.

  • Other functions may be assigned

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer Science, software Engineering, or related IT field.

Experience and skills:

  • 10+ years of proven working experience in test automation and software development or equivalent combination of education / experience

  • 4+ years in a supervisory role within a QA team.

  • Strong understanding and work experience of software development lifecycle, agile development, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes.

  • 5+ working experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, Javascript

  • Strong understanding with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g. Jenkins, Github, Docker)

  • Working experience with testing automation tools and framework implementation (e.g. Selenium, JUnit, Marven etc...)

  • Ability to drive delivery within timeline.

  • 5+ years of experience in technology company.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of performance testing is a plus.
