The Sales Analytics and Reporting Manager manages reporting and analytics for an outside sale force - hospitality sector / hotel brand.
What you will be doing
The Sales Analytics and Reporting Manager manages reporting and analytics for an outside sale force - hospitality sector / hotel brand.
The "top six @ 6"
Lead data reporting and analytics processes using data mining and analysis techniques to discover insights that will inform strategic planning, guide tactical decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
Design, develop and maintain reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics tools that support key business decisions. Manage milestones, deliverables and ensure accuracy of data. Manage and optimize processes for data intake and validation as well as visualization and communication deliverables.
Ensure documentation of the sales reporting process and create rules and conditions that ensure data integrity.
Implement and maintain CRM platform standards necessary to deliver accurate reporting.
Create and maintain data standards for company's Corporate Sales program (Corporate Plus).
Oversee data/reporting request process; tracking requests, prioritization and approval including coordination with stakeholders.

Multi-tasking, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver critical components on time.
Demonstrated history of dependability as well as consistency in work habits
Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended period of time.
We feel the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel sales, operations or related
Basic understanding of the B2B sales function in the hotel industry
Superior skills in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in other Microsoft Office products
Experience working in sales related CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Goldmine is highly desirable
Ability to travel for meetings with customers, vendors, other employees, and/or other business necessities
Ability to adjust typical work hours to meet critical deadlines
