Soin Medical Center

• Soin Medical Center has been serving residents of Greene, Western Clark, Eastern Montgomery, and Miami counties since 2012.

• Conveniently located off I-675 in Beavercreek.

• Provides a variety of health care services and is home to 4 accredited Centers of

• Excellence including hernia and robotic surgery.

• Soin is currently licensed for 125 beds which will increase after the expansion completion in the Fall of this year.

• In 2020, Soin received an "A" from the Leapfrog Group, a national patient safety watchdog, ranking among the safest hospitals in the United States.

• Accredited by the American College of Emergency Physicians as a Level 3 Geriatric Emergency Department.

• We partner with local farms in Greene County to provide fresh produce to employees, patients, and their families.

• Received 4 Star Baby-Friendly Hospital status by the Ohio Hospital Association.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation and management of CardioPulmonary at Soin Medical and Respiratory including supply inventory, expense budgets, productivity, education, licensure, and all daily operations.

• Additionally the position demonstrates a strong approach to all network initiatives and will be a role model for KHN Mission, Vision, and Values.

• Reports to: Director of Respiratory Serivces

Requirements:

• Graduates of 2-4 year AMA approved Respiratory Program.

• Bachelor's Degree required.Minimum Work Experience 10 years of clinical experience in Respiratory field

• 5 years minimum experience in supervision (KHN preferred)Required Licenses[Ohio, United States] Respiratory TherapistLicensed Respiratory Care Practitioner from the State of OhioRRT Credentials issued by the National Board of Respiratory CareActive AARC member, current BLS with ACLS, PALS, and NRP for perspective work area

Strong supervision, personnel, leadership, and education skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Possesses good clinical and technical knowledge of Respiratory CareStrong computer and EMR understanding.
