In the role of Manager of Regional On-Premise Operations working in Irvine, CA you will be part of the Commercial Center of Excellence Team. This person will be responsible for leading the Sales Management Program (SMP) for your assigned region. You will grow the MillerCoors business within SMP accounts, developing the SMP sales team, and supporting region leadership in strategizing and planning for the independent on-premise channel.
This position reports to Sr. Director of Channel Marketing, but sits on the Regional Leadership team. This person will work closely with the Regional VP, General Managers and Field Marketing Director.
Strategy and Planning Drive development of the region's on-premise SMP strategy and business plans.
People Development Develop the SMP team Sales Reps and Sales Rep Leads through in market coaching and formal training
Leading the region SMP team to deliver key sales results including; volume goals, distribution targets, MBO objectives, and customer engagement objectives
Collaborate with the channel marketing team to ensure programs/tools are being developed that meet the needs of the independent on-premise team

You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field
You have at least 5 years' progressive experience in sales and key accounts management in the consumer or direct store delivery industries
