Advanced Composites Center (ACC) Supervisor has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for leading the manufacturing activities of a given cost center(s) within the ACC, including quality, cost and schedule objectives and factory accountability. This position is responsible for:
Providing direction and coaching to mechanics and other production personal in assembly and manufacturing of the F-35. Ensures team members receive the required training and prepares the daily work plans in support of overall program objectives. Provides timely and helpful performance evaluations to employees, encourages and provides direction for career development, including educational options for highly motivated employees.
Provides leadership/direction to ensure all affordability initiatives and opportunities for process improvements are systematically identified, pursued, and supported. Supervisor is also responsible for providing a safe and engaging work environment for employees.

High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 6 years of manufacturing experience
Previous leadership/supervisory experience along with composites and manufacturing process knowledge.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
