The Manager, Marketing position will be a member of the Irvine Company Apartment Community Marketing team and will support marketing strategy development to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet company goals. This position plays a key role in corporate marketing, handling day-to-day operations and execution of all marketing initiatives.
Support all aspects of regional and community specific marketing and advertising efforts for specific geographic portfolio. Assist in the development and execution of local marketing strategy and media plans, creative development, execution and metrics reporting in accordance with brand creative standards.
Assist with content and messaging strategy and implementation across all digital properties and media channels including website, paid media landing pages, email, social media, etc.
Support video and photo shoot execution.
Analyze KPIs for respective market areas and assist with the development of proactive marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business goals.
Conduct regular competitor marketing and advertising programs review. Understand community performance and marketing opportunities.
Help to gather, analyze, and provide accurate, relevant, and timely information so that agency partners develop the best recommendations and ICAC makes informed and confident decisions.
Maintain and strengthen the ICAC brand position.
Generate qualified leads and traffic.
Assist in the development of senior management presentations on campaign strategy and creative execution.
Help manage and monitor regional marketing budgets.
Support the Marketing Director and marketing team in various marketing projects.
Assist the Community Management team with onsite marketing needs.
Create a strong working relationship with all key stakeholders (including VP Digital Marketing, Community Management, Reinvestment, Development, Design Studio) to ensure relevant marketing strategies are developed.
Support the marketing efforts for communities undergoing reinvestment including communication strategy, signage plans, rendering assets and floor plans.
Assist with website updates, email communications and organic social media content.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
5-7 Years of work experience in Marketing, with emphasis on digital
Strong Software Knowledge of Google Suite
Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable communicating in both formal and informal settings, with strong written and verbal communication skills; be able to communicate complex concepts to people of different backgrounds throughout the organization.
