Job Description:

This is an opportunity to join the Total Ship Integrated Systems Team (TSIS) and provide leadership as the Program Finance Lead for the Zumwalt, DBR, and Future Surface Combatant Force (FSCF) programs. TSIS is a world leader in the areas of Integrated Combat Systems, Communications and Networking, and Platform Integration. The successful candidate for this role will focus on enabling growth by engaging on a variety of strategic pursuits, as well as on execution of a range of contracts including Production, Engineering Services, and Sustainment activities. For the growth aspect, you will partner with the FSCF Campaign Lead to develop and implement strategies that will lead to successful offerings on the multiple platforms anticipated for this campaign. You will also work with the Zumwalt and DBR Program leadership to develop strategies as those programs transition in their life cycle from production to sustainment. For the execution aspect, you will directly manage the overall program financial team consisting of Business Managers and their supporting groups for each of the programs. Prior experience in FP&A is desirable, as this role includes the FP&A responsibility for the programs, ensuring that your team is preparing all FP&A deliverables for weekly and monthly Sales Forecasting, AOP, and Five Year Planning.

This role involves interaction with team members in Tewksbury MA and Portsmouth RI and will involve travel between these sites. The job location of Portsmouth RI reflects the location where the Program PLT resides.

The preferred primary location for this role is Portsmouth, RI however it can be based in either Portsmouth, RI or Tewksbury, MA with travel necessary between both locations.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of relevant professional working experience

  • Experience working on large capture activities

  • Experience with large, complex programs

  • Experience with the management of Program Finance Teams

  • SAP accounting system / Financial Reports

  • Experience with EVMS

Desired Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Professional experience with the Microsoft Office suite of Tools
