The Global Business Services -Travel Accounting Team is seeking a strong, energetic candidate for a challenging fast paced and highly visible position to lead the Corporate Card Team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the corporate credit and purchasing cards for Raytheon employees in the US, UK, Australia and Canada and continuing to grow the program by adding additional card programs in international locations.
This position interfaces with all levels of the company including senior leaders, Ethics officers, Business Controllers and CFOs, and Supply Chain VPs.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Lead a team of five program administrators and analysts who perform daily tasks of card programs such as issuing and cancelling cards, transaction credit recoveries, card reinstatements, past due monitoring and corrective action, and facilitating exceptions to policy such as cash advance requests and miscellaneous VP approvals for use of the card outside of policy.
Work closely with Citi and participate on their client advisory council
Monitor and report past due credit card balances and work with senior finance leaders and supervisors to reduce past dues balances and bad debt write offs across the program.
Ensure compliance to Raytheon Policies RP-FIN-CFO-002 and RP-FIN-CFO-004
Advise employee and managers on credit card management and monitoring, including account reconciliations
Respond to internal and external audit requests
Responsible for weekly payments to Citi for all programs
Champion process improvements and streamlining processes, including automated tools and international and new program integration
Responsible for timely responses to ad hoc request from cardholders, Ethics, business Controllers, Compliance, and other senior leaders
Partner with Supply Chain on contracting arrangements with Citi related to future international card programs
A minimum 6 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance environment
Strong experience with Tableau, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable communicating to all levels of employees/management
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast pace setting
Excellent organizational skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
