Job Overview

Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of company-wide sustainability strategies, initiatives and policies. Conductresearch and analysis to develop corporate sustainability strategies. Provide analysis and project management support to ensure deliverablesare fulfilled in accordance with leadership expectations and our company's core values and strategic goals.

A Typical Day

Manage multiple concurrent sustainability projects through all stages of the project life cycle Manage key sustainability performance metrics and communicate appropriately Manage projects and initiatives implementation activities, developing supporting processes, documentation and communications forthe rollout and ongoing support of such projects and initiatives Keep abreast of emerging regulations, trends and best practices in sustainability, and integrate innovative ideas into the company'ssustainability initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on identification and implementation of sustainability initiatives to drive positiveenvironmental, social and governance impacts Propose and implement strategies that support the Company's efforts to minimize its environmental impact Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and proposals in furtherance of identified sustainability projects and initiatives Research, support and coordinate with internal stakeholders on employee engagement events, including block parties, holidayactivities, and recognition events Research, support and manage all employee discounts offered by vendors to Pennymac employees Partner with internal stakeholders on the development and maintenance of relationships with various divisional and site-basedculture and diversity teams Reconcile and track vendor invoices to ensure they are processed and paid in a timely manner by Accounts Payable Communicate and present proposals and ideas effectively to engage stakeholders Partner with internal stakeholders on the development and publication of sustainability communications in partnership with

Communications, Corporate Marketing and other division partners, as appropriate Measure, track, and analyze program outcomes for effectiveness and efficiency, making recommendations based on data andfeedback Use strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement Identify recommended practices to design and implement initiatives Demonstrates behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and core values Performs other related duties as required and assigned

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3+ years of experience, ideally in corporate sustainability or related experience in human resources,culture management, employee engagement or program management Proven progressive program management experience and demonstrated effectiveness managing and multitasking corporateinitiatives and programs in a fast-paced environment Committed, passionate, proactive and progressive approach to advancing sustainability and the company managing itsenvironmental, social and governance impacts Current knowledge and understanding of industry recommended practices Analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into work performed A high energy, results-oriented and resourceful program manager who is capable of quickly taking control their responsibilities andestablishing themselves as a credible partner A sense of urgency to drive great results, with a strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in facilitation/presentation Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with all levels of the organization

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

$75,000 - $130,000
